Supervisor, Digital (Digital Media)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build strategic digital media frameworks that guide plan development and implementation.
• Maintain client and partner-agency relationships as a key agency contact.
• Lead research initiatives using digital tools and consumer insight resources.
• Share digital media trends and emerging channel opportunities with clients and internal partners.
• Supervise media briefs, media-buy execution, account management, and buy maintenance.
• Coordinate digital and traditional channel strategy and tactical efforts.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and managing digital media account projects.
• Strong experience in digital media planning, buying, and activation.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, digital platforms, and research/reporting resources.
• Experience in client-facing and leadership roles, including presenting recommendations and ideas.
• Leadership and supervisory experience developing media professionals and managing a team of 1–2 people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
