Multinational Client Executive (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end multinational service delivery and client experience for an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate communication, project management, and delivery across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Guide program design and delivery, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and multinational operating procedures.
• Oversee timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation while monitoring agreed service-level agreements.
• Partner with product underwriting, distribution, claims, legal, credit, network partners, and operations teams on program delivery, reinsurance documentation, claims protocols, and client enquiries.
• Act as the senior external service contact, lead client stewardship meetings, and support the development and profitable growth of multinational business.

Requirements

• Commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing within a broker or insurance company.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures and related processes.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel or risk managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, prioritization, delegation, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, build stakeholder relationships, motivate others, and identify operational improvements.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
