Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Payroll Services (ADP Workforce Now)

Salary: $62,800–$103,400 per year, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Process weekly and biweekly full-cycle, multi-state payroll for client organizations.
• Reconcile payroll tax balances across pay cycles and quarterly and annual filings.
• Manage year-end payroll processing and prepare reports for clients and internal leaders.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and support clients with payroll-related issues.
• Identify unexpected data trends, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Stay current with payroll regulations and present confidently to executives while supporting forecasting and consulting operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience in a multi-state or international environment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and multiple payroll software products.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance and tax laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, organization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in an outsourced PEO environment or professional services.
• CPP or FCP certification.
• Experience with Canadian or global payroll.
