Test Enablement Analyst

Location: Burlington, Canada; hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $61,000–$76,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide testing support and custom test data to customers adopting hirify.global solutions and products.
• Set expectations and communicate with customers by telephone, in writing, and in face-to-face meetings.
• Work with Technical Onboarding to understand and coordinate Test Enablement requests.
• Help customers understand hirify.global testing data and develop strong product knowledge.
• Manage timelines, customer expectations, progress updates, and risks across customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Onboarding, Client Engineering, management, and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a related role.
• Strong oral and written communication, customer focus, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PC skills in appropriate Microsoft Office programs.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week in a hirify.global office in Burlington.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems and associated programming languages.
• API experience with XML transactions.
• Data analytical and data communications skills.
