Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Brantford, Ontario, Canada; minimum three days of on-site presence with additional days based on business or operational needs

Starting pay: $26.96 CAD per hour

Procter & Gamble is a consumer products company operating a Brantford Mixing Centre and handling regulated products including drugs, natural health products, medical devices, and food.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements for imported regulated products.
• Review and release regulated products imported and distributed through the Brantford Mixing Centre.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to support the timely release of new product initiatives.
• Develop and improve daily quality work processes.
• Develop and review standard operating procedures.
• Partner with business functions to reduce losses and operational risks.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment and attend the office at least three days per week.
• Ability to drive improvements, solve problems, and resolve issues or conflicts effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including SAP; Veeva experience is an asset.
• Ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including lifting up to 50 lb, working at heights and in confined spaces, wearing PPE, and working in variable warehouse temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Canadian regulations for drugs and natural health products.
