Industrial Plumber

hirify.global operates a California Central Valley food-processing business producing and processing pistachio and almond products with advanced manufacturing technology.

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial piping systems for water, steam, compressed air, and other utilities.
• Maintain reverse osmosis systems and work with pumps, valves, gauges, and backflow prevention devices.
• Operate water valves and identify underground water infrastructure, pipework, and isolation points.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and piping schematics to complete installation and repair work.
• Inspect systems, troubleshoot leaks and blockages, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct pressure tests.
• Operate assigned equipment, including a backhoe, lift-reach forklift, and loader, while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience recommended.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED and trade or technical certification recommended.
• Effective communication in English is required.
• Ability to perform high-school-level mathematics, complete documentation accurately, and use basic computer tools.
• Ability to follow safety instructions, participate in Lock Out-Tag Out and Job Safety Analysis training, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
