Maintenance Assistant/HVAC Certified & Experience (HVAC)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $25 per hour

What you will do

• Complete maintenance work orders throughout the community.
• Perform repairs and preparation work to ready apartments before move-in.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies.
• Handle general maintenance projects involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping tasks as needed.

Requirements

• EPA certification and HVAC experience are required.
• General mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication skills.
• Confidence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
