What you will do

• Support the leadership team in driving store commercial performance and achieving departmental goals.
• Oversee and motivate Sales Advisors, providing coaching, guidance, and development support.
• Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to inform decisions and improve results.
• Manage daily store operations, communication, task completion, and adherence to company procedures.
• Monitor sales targets, customer satisfaction, wage controls, and operational efficiency.
• Control stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and maintain visual standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and guiding team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A strong record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
• Good knowledge of fashion brands, trends, and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
