Licensed Practical Nurse - Personal Care

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Develop acute, long-term care, and service plans for residents.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under director guidance.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Consult on health-related concerns, educate residents and staff, and coordinate with community departments.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• At least one year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Acceptable English proficiency required for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure as part of a team.
