Field Visual Merchandiser (Retail)

Location: Remote, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA; regular store visits and occasional travel for new store openings are required.

Salary: USD 62,100–76,650 per year

What you will do

• Execute in-store visual elements and product presentations according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor visual displays across retail locations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Train and support Visual Leads and store teams on visual standards, best practices, and new initiatives.
• Conduct store visits and coordinate product mapping, collateral, and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Communicate with District Managers and Store Managers to improve merchandising based on customer feedback and sales trends.
• Maintain store experience essentials, including props, mannequins, plants, lighting, and sign holders, and support new store openings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of visual merchandising and team leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences and adapt visual presentations accordingly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
