Assistant Manager, Field VM (Visual Merchandising)

Location: Remote, but must be based in the Toronto metropolitan area; up to 75% travel is expected, including store visits, openings, renovations, and physical installations.

Base pay range: $75,000–$95,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines across varied store architectures while maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct mapping sessions, store visits, on-floor coaching, and photo reviews with actionable feedback.
• Partner with District and Store Managers to interpret KPI insights and create store-level action plans.
• Support new store openings and renovations through on-site training and readiness checks.
• Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America.
• Prepare project recaps, status updates, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Toronto metropolitan area.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• At least two years of area or district visual merchandising experience.
• Experience facilitating new store openings and conducting store visits and walkthroughs.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, plus working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, work outside standard office hours when needed, and perform physical installation tasks including carrying heavy objects and climbing ladders.
