PCB Client Support Team Lead (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop client support specialists against individual and team performance objectives.
• Monitor contact center operations, including call volume, staffing, schedules, service levels, and quality.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, training needs assessment, and employee development.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management.
• Collaborate on process improvements, system implementations, and business continuity procedures.

Requirements

• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, setting expectations, and supporting performance development.
• Ability to oversee daily contact center operations and make timely operational decisions.
• Ability to assess transaction risk and follow banking regulations, security procedures, and internal policies.
• National Mortgage License from any state agency.
• SIE certification is not required.
