Senior Relationship Manager, Securities Finance

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of securities finance services and act as the technical and industry expert for complex client relationships.
• Analyze client needs, recommend service improvements, and assess the impact of new financial services.
• Consult with senior client contacts on policy, process redesign, strategy, and creative problem solving.
• Develop new solutions, products, and services while coordinating presentations, experts, sales closure, and delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources to maintain client satisfaction, resolve issues, and communicate client needs.
• Manage client profitability through competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and relationship-growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of securities finance services and business segment-specific issues.
• Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts.
• Proven experience in financial servicing, securities lending, or a related service.
• Negotiation, leadership, delegation, and sales skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom for the application process and the full employment period.
• Ability to work without employer-sponsored visa support.
