What you will do

• Structure debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions.
• Service clients’ real estate financing needs through relationships with partners and introducers.
• Build and maintain key partner and introducer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities, meet targets, and contribute to the growth strategy of Real Estate Advisory.
• Mentor and manage brokers and senior brokers within the team.
• Report to the Partner, Real Estate Finance, and contribute to team meetings and monthly reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Understanding of the real estate finance market.
• Proficiency in financial modelling with Excel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building trust and implementing structure within teams, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
