What you will do

• Structure debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions.
• Service financing needs for clients of key partners and introducers.
• Build and maintain partner and introducer relationships.
• Track real estate finance markets, competitors, and the wider financial industry.
• Develop new business, meet targets, and report relevant matters to the Director of Real Estate Finance.
• Mentor and manage brokers while supporting the growth and strategy of Real Estate Advisory.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Understanding of the real estate finance market.
• Proficiency in financial modelling using Excel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Experience building trust and implementing structure within teams.
