What you will do

• Lead and execute the district sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Sales Operations personnel.
• Support the sales team in closing key opportunities and winning new business.
• Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline.
• Partner with Product and Geo leaders on collaboration and business development initiatives.
• Facilitate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, performance discussions, departmental budgeting, and career development programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business development, coaching, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing sales strategies and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of local industries and market trends.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
