Preventive Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Diesel)

Location: Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin, USA. Onsite Monday–Friday, 2nd shift, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Compensation: $2,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel trucks and equipment under the supervision of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager.
• Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance inspections and adjustments, oil changes, and fluid replenishment.
• Complete light repairs, including tire changes and basic electrical work such as replacing lights.
• Use tools and visual inspections to identify equipment issues and malfunction sources.
• Complete required company training and other assigned maintenance duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Certified diesel maintenance training and ASE T8 Preventive Maintenance certification are preferred but not required.
