Planner, Affiliate Marketing

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $66,300–$80,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Prepare weekly client reports covering key metrics, goal attainment, and growth opportunities.
• Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize education performance media campaigns.
• Support new partner integrations and enhancements, working with ad operations teams to QA and implement tracking solutions across platforms and publishers.
• Communicate with key partners to drive campaign volume and optimize program performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and program tracking techniques to improve efficiency and client ROI.
• Set and manage expectations across client and internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, focused on high-volume affiliate relationships and direct-response campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills for measuring affiliate program success, growing client accounts, and improving performance metrics.
• Experience using site analytics to generate analysis and insights.
• Advanced MS Excel fluency.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
