Account Associate (Digital Media)

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base pay per year, plus bonus and equity

hirify.global is a remote-first advertising company developing a native platform for localized Connected TV advertising and expanding its use across partners, channels, and customers.

What you will do

• Become an Amazon DSP expert and support digital campaign management.
• Execute media planning, campaign setup, ad trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, analytics, billing, and budgeting.
• Draft proposals from inbound leads for account managers and senior leads.
• Own day-to-day management of smaller accounts, including client communication and campaign QA.
• Support media plans, client relationships, and campaign performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues early and keep campaigns on track.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or a related agency role.
• Prior client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communication with clients, account managers, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and ask questions when needed.
• Amazon DSP experience is a plus, not required.
