Supply Chain & Finance Analyst

Location: Onsite in Bend, Oregon, USA; occasional domestic or international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial and operational models covering demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, focusing on manufacturing costs, inventory, and working capital.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on sourcing strategies, production planning, and capital investment analysis.
• Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis by connecting operational inputs with financial outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations while improving data quality and adoption of analytical tools.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate effectively across functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Bend, Oregon and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
