Wonderful Scholar Summer Internship, Finance

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, California, USA; 6–10-week summer internship

Compensation: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds is a vertically integrated pistachio and almond grower and processor within The Wonderful Company.

What you will do

• Assist with monthly financial reporting by compiling data, validating results, and preparing variance analyses.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends, risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve visibility into business metrics.
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets in Excel to support business decisions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, planning, and ad hoc analyses for finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Help improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and automation using business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in the Wonderful Scholar College Success program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
