Valuation Services Director - Multifamily

Location: Hybrid role based out of the local office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: 100% commission based.

What you will do

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing relationships.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver high-quality client service and results.
• Allocate appraisal assignments and supervise trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, investment funds, and lenders.
• Apply discounted cash flow analysis using Argus and Microsoft Excel, along with sales comparison, cost, and highest and best use approaches.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends, and present valuation results clearly.

Requirements

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills.
• Current US work authorization required; work visa sponsorship is not available.
