TL;DR
Deployment Analyst (IoT): Supporting the deployment of customer sites into HVACR software and analytics platforms with an accent on system integration, data validation, edge devices, and building or refrigeration systems. Focus on configuring devices and gateways, troubleshooting connectivity and data-quality issues, and coordinating technical deployments with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with on-site work three times per week. Full-time schedule is 1 PM–10 PM, Monday to Friday, with possible shifting schedules and weekend work as needed.

What you will do
- Set up, configure, and onboard customer sites into software and analytics platforms.
- Collect and validate data, perform system testing, and support reliable service delivery.
- Integrate building systems, refrigeration systems, operational technologies, and related data sources.
- Configure point mappings, devices, system updates, edge devices, gateways, and supporting infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data-quality, and deployment issues under senior team guidance.
- Coordinate with customer technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver deployments on schedule and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Internship, academic project, or work experience in HVAC/R, building systems, controls, automation, industrial systems, IoT, or digital services.
- Basic familiarity with data communications, system integration, and protocols such as BACnet or Modbus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, and device connectivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement with on-site presence three times per week and potential shifting or weekend schedules.

- Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, or IoT technologies.
