What you will do
- Implement and administer software that automates back-office processes across business units.
- Assist with implementing an organization-wide central repository using ApplicationXtender.
- Identify and configure DocuSign electronic signature solutions.
- Configure document capture solutions using OCR to extract data.
- Automate new and existing business processes with robotic process automation.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across ECM components while documenting business processes for solution architecture.
Requirements
- Experience or ability to work with enterprise content management components.
- Understanding of business process analysis and documentation.
- Ability to configure document capture, OCR, electronic signature, and RPA solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues consistently.
- Must work in Manila, Philippines.
