What you will do
- Provide implementation and configuration support for clients, countries, and regions.
- Manage configuration requests for new card program installations, processor conversions, and updates to existing programs.
- Review, research, analyze, and configure client requests while identifying discrepancies and incomplete information.
- Support production and testing changes, standard emergency requests, and out-of-hours activities according to a rota.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, including Client Success Management, Client Implementation, Testing, and Network Operations.
- Review configuration changes, complete audit and billing requirements, and improve team processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of equivalent experience in customer support within software, financial services, or information services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to explain technical terms and processes clearly, manage customer expectations, and remain professional under pressure.
- Business-fluent English and availability to support business hours for the assigned region.
Nice to have
- Two to four years of direct experience.
- Knowledge of payment networks and transaction processing, including message routing, stand-in processing, clearing, and settlement.
