Treasury Systems Support Analyst (Kyriba)

What you will do

• Resolve treasury systems user issues accurately and promptly to minimize operational disruption.
• Monitor interfaces, validate data, and address processing issues affecting treasury operations and reporting.
• Maintain user permissions and routine system configurations to support secure access and governance.
• Support testing for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality against business requirements.
• Identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and contribute ideas that increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, vendors, and external partners.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a support, operations, or shared-services environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-handling, reporting, validation, and reconciliation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of system testing, file management, data imports and exports, file transfers, and basic reporting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Kyriba or another Treasury Management System.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, Confluence, or Jira.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or another financial or enterprise resource planning application.
