Consultant II (PropTech)

What you will do

• Configure and customize real estate software applications to meet client business requirements.
• Support implementation projects, including gap analysis, health checks, data conversion, and software configuration.
• Lead fast-paced client work sessions to design technology-based solutions for business problems.
• Deliver user training, maintain training environments, and update training manuals.
• Create and configure interfaces with third-party applications and customize products using internal and Microsoft tools.
• Test software functionality and verify that solutions meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent industry knowledge.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, product implementation, or systems design and development.
• Experience delivering training and understanding software implementation methodology.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or another SQL database technology.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally overseas or domestically.
