Senior Project Manager - Aviation

Location: Denver, Colorado, with onsite client work in Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, or San Francisco

Salary: $187,591.53–$214,390.32 per year

What you will do

• Lead project initiation, execution, control, delivery, and closeout for aviation planning, environmental, design, and construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, manpower, cash flow, quality, procurement, communications, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish contractor-client communication channels.
• Direct proposals, marketing activities, presentations, extra work requests, invoicing, and project documentation.
• Submit documentation for code compliance reviews and permit applications to federal, state, and local authorities.
• Lead progress meetings and ensure contract terms, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality procedures are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least 15 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.
• Experience managing construction in active or operational airport environments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus working knowledge of current project delivery technologies and tools.
