What you will do

• Handle and investigate complex casualty claims in line with best-practice guidelines and quality standards.
• Make timely decisions focused on fair service, optimal claim outcomes, and total cost management.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, brokers, experts, and external lawyers.
• Apply claims expertise to support stakeholder feedback and underwriting excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve working practices and contribute to effective solutions.

Requirements

• Claims-handling experience; casualty claims experience is advantageous.
• Customer-centric mindset and knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment for claims.
• Ability to make accurate and timely decisions, interpret policy wording, and solve problems.
• Strong communication, time-management, administrative, and report-writing skills.
• Availability to work primarily from the Croydon office.
