What you will do

• Perform Quality Assurance audits on internal and TPA claims against best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze claims data to prepare qualitative management information (MI) and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with business units to provide constructive feedback and deliver training sessions.
• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve overall claims performance.
• Maintain deep knowledge of London Market policies, processes, and the legal/regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Claims Quality Assurance review handling.
