Brunswick New York Mills Operation - 2nd Shift Parts Fabrication

Location: New York Mills, Minnesota, United States; full-time onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus a $2.50 second-shift premium.

What you will do

• Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend aluminum parts according to specifications.
• Load and install required tooling, start machines, monitor operations, and record production data.
• Inspect completed workpieces for defects and verify product quality.
• Perform operator-level preventative maintenance and identify equipment and workplace hazards.
• Follow documented work instructions, HazCom labels, and MSDS information while collaborating with other departments.
• Work overtime as needed to complete daily tasks or projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication and hydraulic press operations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawing aids.
• Ability to perform basic dimensional measurements and quickly learn precision measurement tools.
• Organized, self-starting, collaborative, and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift while standing, bending, twisting, lifting parts up to 50 pounds, and working around noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
