Product Manager, Enterprise Analytics

Salary: $137,300–$176,610 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise Analytics roadmap covering the semantic layer, executive analytics, certified metrics, and data governance.
• Partner with VPs and executives to define business metrics, dashboards, and analytics products.
• Build the data semantic layer, including metric definitions, dimensions, and certification processes.
• Manage the Associate Product Manager for Data Governance and oversee the governance portal and steward network.
• Run a scrum team of engineers and consultants, managing prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Ship executive analytics products such as WBR scorecards, C-suite reporting, and cross-functional KPI views while exploring AI applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, or a senior analyst role.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with a semantic layer or modern BI platform such as MicroStrategy, Looker, Power BI semantic models, dbt Semantic Layer, or Cube.
• Strong knowledge of KPI and metric design, including edge cases, versioning, certification, and adoption.
• Experience building executive-facing analytics products and running agile or scrum delivery with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts, including business glossaries, metric certification, data lineage, and ownership models.

Nice to have

• Experience with governance tools such as Atlan, Collibra, or Alation.
• Experience in DTC, apparel, or branded consumer goods, including metrics such as sell-through, weighted in-stock, and retention.
• Awareness of AI applications in enterprise analytics, including semantic search, natural language to SQL, and automated insights.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude or Copilot.
