Warehouse Team Lead (Automotive)

Location: CA310 Chino WH, Chino, California, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Lead the shipping function, direct associates, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities, quality, labeling, addresses, and manifests.
• Train associates and execute cycle counts and physical inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate product relocation, replenishment, consolidation, and resource allocation.
• Deliver safety training, enforce procedures, and address workplace safety issues.
• Coach, develop, and provide performance input for warehouse associates in collaboration with distribution center leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation experience.
• Strong process improvement mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and continuously lift, bend, twist, and crouch.
• English proficiency sufficient for public communication, road signs, official questions, and warehouse records and reports; applicants must be at least 21 and pass a driver road skills test, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening.
