Fair Lending Analyst

Location: Warren, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite work

What you will do

• Analyze fair lending loan programs against regulatory requirements and weaknesses identified in risk assessments.
• Perform scheduled risk assessments, comparative file analysis, and statistical reviews, including regression analysis.
• Prepare written risk assessments, management reports, and reporting for the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Lending Officer, and Board of Directors.
• Support fair lending regulatory examinations, identify applicable laws, interpret new regulations, and resolve compliance issues.
• Consult with business units to develop assessment procedures, guidance, training products, and compliance tools.
• Maintain the annual fair lending monitoring program and improve reporting data, processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management.
• Strong understanding of analytical statistics, including regression analysis.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong retail lending background in originations, underwriting, or quality control.
• National regulatory compliance certification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, work with business units, and use Microsoft Office and department-specific software.
