Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Senior Risk Assessment Analyst (Banking/AML): Updating enterprise-wide BSA/AML, OFAC, country, product and services, security, and fraud risk assessments with an accent on quantitative analysis, regulatory interpretation, and data management. Focus on analyzing customer, transaction, geographic, product, and service risks, collaborating with business units, and maintaining assessment procedures in line with banking regulations.
Location: Las Vegas, NV (West Sahara); full-time, onsite role.

What you will do
- Gather performance data from bank sources and perform quantitative risk analysis under the direction of the FCC Risk Assessment Manager.
- Update enterprise-wide BSA/AML, OFAC, country, product and services, security, and fraud risk assessments.
- Analyze risks related to customers, products, services, transactions, geographical locations, new offerings, and bank acquisitions.
- Collaborate with business units to obtain risk-related data and information and report inherent, perceived, and residual risks.
- Interpret policies, procedures, regulatory guidance, and international country reports to support risk assessment activities.
- Maintain current procedures and documentation, conduct related training, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of banking, transaction types, delivery channels, products, services, and risk assessment processes.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CTRs, SARs, MIRs, OFAC, high-risk accounts, GL accounts, ban-control accounts, and special-use accounts.
- Experience with quantitative analysis, data management, policy and procedure interpretation, and BSA/AML transaction monitoring or case management software.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills, along with intermediate written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel to other divisions, conferences, and off-site training seminars.
