Loan Servicing & QA Specialist

What you will do

• Input transactions and perform quality reviews in the core loan system.
• Support servicing activities for consumer and commercial loans.
• Follow organizational policies, regulatory codes, and established operating procedures.
• Adjust system settings and parameters to meet performance standards.
• Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and related documents.
• Maintain Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, including budget and time records.

Requirements

• Intermediate ability to interpret policies and procedures and align work with organizational objectives.
• Intermediate planning, organization, prioritization, and activity oversight skills.
• Ability to evaluate recommendations and requirements and execute appropriate actions, typically with guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Approximately 7–12 months of general work experience.
• Must work as a resident employee in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.
