Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Senior Data Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ, CityScape; full-time, onsite role

What you will do

• Execute the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Framework through technology risk reporting and analytics.
• Identify operational, financial, and strategic risks by analyzing technology risk datasets and emerging trends.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business partners and senior leadership.
• Integrate IT, information security, third-party, and data management sources into risk monitoring platforms.
• Automate reporting workflows, document processes, and improve reporting consistency.
• Assess first-line functions, provide effective challenge, and guide risk mitigation strategies and controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or risk analytics within financial services or a similar industry.
• 4+ years of related experience in risk management, internal audit, finance, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of direct work experience.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualization, and analytics.
• Knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ITIL, DCAM, DMBOK, FFIEC requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, the three lines of defense, RCSA, and controls testing methodology.
