Sr. Data Analyst - Risk Management

Location: Hybrid work in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer. The position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD per year for Phoenix, AZ; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC. Additional discretionary incentive plan and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise risk management projects delegated by the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management.
• Maintain and develop enterprise risk scorecards, risk appetite statements, risk tolerances, and annual risk assessments.
• Design key risk indicators and manage performance reporting for major enterprise risks.
• Coordinate risk assessments, including RCSAs and updates to the GRC application.
• Create risk-based reports, dashboards, Excel and PowerPoint presentations for management and governance committees.
• Maintain GRC system reports, record risk data, and support minor system updates while protecting data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Typically five or more years of progressive risk experience, including three or more years in financial services.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query, as well as PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of formal three-lines-of-defense programs and standard risk management frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and independent working skills.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Background and drug screening are required.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, ARM, CERA, FRM, CRM, or CPCU.
