Principal Security Platform Engineer (SaaS Security)

What you will do

• Design and operate SaaS security platforms for SSPM, ASM, and related cloud and SaaS security initiatives.
• Lead vendor onboarding, environment setup, SSO/Entra integration, role design, and production cutover.
• Implement security policies, detection rules, posture benchmarks, and attack-surface reduction configurations across SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Build API and event-driven integrations with SIEM, SOAR, ServiceNow, CMDB, and IAM platforms including SailPoint and Entra.
• Monitor platform health, manage upgrades and patches, tune alerting, triage incidents, handle vendor escalations, and drive remediation of SaaS misconfigurations and exposed assets.
• Maintain runbooks and solution documentation, build security dashboards, produce executive-level posture metrics, and support audit and regulatory evidence requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive information security engineering experience focused on cloud or SaaS security, posture management, or attack surface management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Entra security models.
• Proficiency with APIs, Python or PowerShell scripting, REST, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience integrating security tooling with SIEM, SOAR, ServiceNow, and IAM platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of banking compliance and risk frameworks, including FFIEC, SOX, GLBA, and NIST CSF, with excellent written communication and executive risk-reporting skills.
