CRM Staff Programmer Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Develop production-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, scheduled Apex, and comprehensive unit tests.
• Build Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, declarative configurations, and accessible user interfaces.
• Implement REST and SOAP integrations, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, named credentials, error handling, retries, and logging.
• Implement Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions, including Apex actions, Prompt Builder templates, Agent Script, data streams, identity resolution, and activations.
• Use GitHub and Salesforce deployment tooling, manage sandboxes, troubleshoot deployments, and support releases and production incidents.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Test Automation Engineers in Agile Scrum delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and/or platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, object-oriented programming, SOQL/SOSL, DML, governor limits, bulkification, Salesforce security, and the data model.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, Agile Scrum, and Salesforce deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, wire services, imperative Apex, event handling, and SLDS.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code for correctness, security, governor-limit safety, data protection, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, ServiceMax, Conga CPQ/CLM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or regulated environments such as HIPAA, FDA, or SOX.
• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant.
