TL;DR
Lead Salesforce Developer (Salesforce): Designing, implementing, testing, and documenting Salesforce solutions and integrations with an accent on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and CI/CD pipelines. Focus on leading developers, analyzing defects, building unit tests, and delivering compliant Salesforce parameterization.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Lisbon office and 3 days working from home
Salary: €4,200–€4,700 gross per month, including fixed and variable compensation, meal allowance, remote-work compensation, and benefits.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and unit-test Salesforce requirements and functional-domain solutions end to end.
- Configure Salesforce according to requirements, standards, and technical specifications.
- Develop and implement integrations and interfaces using Salesforce technologies.
- Write functional and technical documentation.
- Define and review test cases, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
- Guide and motivate a team of Salesforce developers.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
- Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, JavaScript, and HTML.
- English at B2 level or higher and availability to work in the hybrid Lisbon arrangement.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
