Senior CRM Developer (Salesforce and HubSpot)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
• Administer and enhance HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders and implement Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable CRM solutions.
• Contribute to CRM modernization through automation, AI capabilities, platform releases, technical documentation, and solution designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications through REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation.
• Understanding of Salesforce administration, including profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, page layouts, user management, data quality, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
