Sales Representative

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: Starting around $17.50 per hour plus uncapped commissions

What you will do

• Represent the brand at home shows, retail locations, and community expos.
• Engage potential customers, start conversations, and generate qualified leads.
• Help set up and operate events in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve goals and drive results.
• Learn sales techniques, track performance, and prepare for a future outside sales role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, energetic, coachable, and motivated to build a sales career.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, persistent, team-oriented, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.
