Embedded GSOC Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite at the client’s offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Friday–Tuesday, 11:00pm–7:00am rotational shift; weekend and holiday work is required.

What you will do

• Monitor security alerts, surveillance feeds, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and threat intelligence sources in real time.
• Analyze security events to determine severity, origin, and potential impact on operations, employees, and facilities.
• Initiate response procedures and coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, and emergency services when required.
• Collect and assess threat intelligence on emerging risks, including political instability, terrorism, natural disasters, and technical failures.
• Document incidents and responses in incident management systems and provide timely updates to clients, management, and response teams.
• Identify incidents requiring escalation and operate security monitoring tools according to established protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and possible on-call coverage.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management, or other security platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in security, criminal justice, or a related field.
