Associate Engineer, Vendor Quality (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform pre-shipment inspections and manufacturing process monitoring when required.
• Conduct self-inspections and quality system assessments, including audit follow-up and remediation tracking.
• Support root cause investigations and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and maintain accurate quality data and records.
• Study product features, manufacturing processes, and controls to support risk assessments and process improvements.
• Support vendor issue reporting and improvements in quality KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• College or Higher Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and spoken communication.
• Fundamental knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Cause-and-Effect Diagrams, and 5 Whys analysis.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, strong analytical thinking, and a high level of integrity.
