What you will do

• Engage commercial real estate valuation assignments and define the appropriate scope of work.
• Determine suitable approaches and methodologies for valuing property.
• Prepare traditional appraisal reports, market studies, and feasibility analyses.
• Contribute to multi-service-line strategic consulting projects.
• Analyze complex documents and solve advanced, multifaceted valuation problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients while completing assignments to professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
