Laboratory Technician (Entry Level)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA; candidates must be within a commutable distance. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend work.

Compensation: USD 16–20 per hour.

What you will do

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control for laboratory analysis.
• Prepare samples using aliquoting, spiking and tracing, reagent preparation, concentration preparation, separation, sonication, and liquid rack setup.
• Resolve sample-labeling discrepancies and anomalies.
• Record analysis results, track samples, and maintain bench sheets and laboratory logbooks.
• Wash glassware, stock supplies, maintain equipment, and clean laboratory work areas.
• Assist other laboratory areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High school Chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to follow laboratory methods, equipment procedures, quality assurance programs, and standard operating procedures.
