Broker (Office Agency)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Compensation: 100% commission based.

What you will do

• Secure new and expanding office agency business through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and opportunity identification.
• Create solutions and new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the local marketplace through industry events, networking, and client meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial real estate sales experience, including phone and in-person canvassing.
• Active real estate practitioner license in the State of Washington.
• Deep understanding of market cycles and ability to set short- and long-term strategies.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prior experience with CRM programs.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
