hirify.global is hiring for a warehouse and production inventory leadership position.

What you will do

• Manage the efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.
• Deliver parts accurately and on time to each production line.
• Hire and train staff, communicate expectations, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Optimize inventory organization and warehouse space utilization.
• Sort, maintain, stage, label, and place products in accurate bin locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily checks; inspect forklifts and manage damaged or non-conforming goods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• hirify.global forklift certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
• Ability to work in seasonal hot and cold temperatures with exposure to dust and some chemical fumes.
