EPC Assistant Superintendent (Yerington, NV)

Location: Full-time onsite jobsite in Yerington, Nevada, United States

Salary: $90,000–$117,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities through successful project completion.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, design professionals, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Recruit, train, direct, and coordinate field construction teams, including subcontractor direct-hire personnel.
• Manage CPM schedules, material and tool ordering, supply allocation, reports, work orders, timesheets, and invoice approvals.
• Set quality-control standards, review drawings and specifications, and complete punch lists.
• Lead safety activities, start-up testing, owner turnover, final close-out, and documentation of owner acceptance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience including 2–4 years as a general foreman.
• Extensive field construction experience at a supervisory level and working knowledge of construction trades.
• Foreman or journeyman experience in at least one trade, or project engineering experience.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor certification, or commitment to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active status.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws, job scheduling, planning, expediting, cost control, and problem-solving.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
